Beat the back to school blues with 12 months of fun from Plusnet

Our fortnight of #HalfTermHygge fun saw us sewing sock puppets, practising our table football tricks and creating cardboard tube characters.

But now everyone is back at school we thought what better way to help you beat the #BackToSchool blues than the chance of winning a whole year of fun for your family to enjoy!

Up for grabs for one lucky winner is an annual Merlin family pass which will get a family of four access to all of Merlin’s top attractions across the whole of the UK. This includes LEGOLAND, Chessington World of Adventures, all SEA Life centres, Alton Towers, Madame Tussauds and more.

Plusnet ‘Back to school blues’ prize draw T&Cs (‘the Promotion’)

1. The Promoter of the Promotion is Plusnet whose registered office is at The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU (“the Promoter”). Company number 03279013.
2. This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Plusnet, their families, or anyone else connected with the Promotion.
3.  Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
4. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You are providing your information to the Promoter only.
5. The promotion starts at 12.30pm (GMT) on Friday 3^rd March and ends at 12.30pm (GMT) on Friday 10^TH March 2017.
6. The Promotion is featured on both Facebook and Twitter. To enter on Facebook, you must share the competition post pinned to the top of the Plusnet Facebook page and comment using #BackToSchool in the comments section of the competition post. To enter on Twitter, you must retweet the competition post pinned to the top of Plusnet Twitter page and reply to the competition tweet using #BackToSchool.
7. Entries must be made and completed before 12.30pm (GMT) on Friday 10^th March 2017. Entries made and completed after this date and time will not be valid.
8. There will be one winner who will be selected at random by an independent third party on Friday 10^th March 2017, from all the entries (whether made on Facebook or Twitter). The winner will be contacted on Friday 10^th March 2017 via Facebook or Twitter depending on the method of entry.
9. The winner will receive a UK Merlin premium annual pass for 2 adults and 2 children. An adult is aged 12 years and above. UK Merlin premium annual pass terms and conditions will apply to the use of the pass. The winner will be required to provide contact details of the 2 adults and 2 children who will be registered to the annual passes. These contact details will be exchanged through the pressroom@plus.net email address. The following contact details will be required; full name, gender, address, contact number, email address, birth date and passport photo. The winner is to provide these details within 48 hours of request. The promoter will then purchase the passes on the winner’s behalf within a week of receipt of the details. The passes will then be posted directly to the winner within 7 – 10 working days.
10. If the Promoter does not receive a response from a winner within 24 hours of its first attempt at contact, or the winner does not provide all the details as set out in paragraph 9 within 48 hours of the Promotors request, or a winner rejects their prize, or the entry is subsequently found to be invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to randomly select another winner from the entries on Facebook or Twitter.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
17. The decision of the Promoter or the independent third party regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. The Promotion is governed by the law of England & Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfillment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
20. For details of the winners, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Plusnet, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU, within 28 days following the closing date of the prize draw.
