As of Thursday 21st February we will be able to offer BT's Enhanced Care service to all of our business account holders, both established and new. Enhanced Care is an improved fault resolution process offered by BT Wholesale. With standard faults BT offer a 40 clock hour clear on any fault raised but there is no guaranteed SLA (service level agreement) for a response time. With Enhanced Care, the clear time is halved to 20 clock hours and BT guarantee to respond to any fault within 3 hours. In addition to that, PlusNet will guarantee to respond to your fault ticket within an hour of it being raised to our faults team. This holds true for every time our fault agents touch your ticket. Enhanced Care, along with its extra reassurance is available for just £9.99 a month (£8.50 plus vat). You can request this through the 'My Account' area of the portal as indicated in the picture below.
