Dear Mr Devonport,
The next payment for your Internet service is now due.
Please ensure we receive payment within the next 7 days. Failure to pay by 24 September 2012 will result in service restrictions.
i always understood it was 14 days grace and not 7? if so then the email is misleading? as im not aware of it been reduced to 7?
not complaining just asking

I believe we say 7 days when we only have cheque on the account - to give it time to get here and get processed, etc.
