Prior to joining Plusnet a couple of years ago I was with ADSL24, an Entanet reseller at the time. They also implemented a similar set-up to Plusnet.
Of course I no longer monitor their forums and they don't resell Entanet any more, so this may well have changed.

Isn't  the "Workspace " Arbor API  unique to Plusnet ?
Hence the new  BT QoS coding niggles crop up most apparent here ?

Almost right Smiley our intranet, "workplace" is unique to us and was developed in house. That in itself is an intranet that ties together a lot of our internal systems. It is unique to us but I'm certain that it shares some functions with other similar intranets or portals used by ISPs.

Folks not on the FTTC 80/20 trial might be interested to know that a bug in the profiling system has restricted some people's speeds back to their 40/2 values. Hopefully it is now fixed.

hey up....
My IP profile has correctly updated itself - upwards
Took 5 days during which time the router was on 24/7 and sychronised at the same sync speed all the time with no drops during the 5 days.

Well, we believe we've fixed the issue from our side though this has caused some issues with the 80/20 trial as can be seen from the posts in there. There's also an issue on the supplier side that needs sorting but we're looking into that with them.
Having said that though you should now see profiles updating as they should be Smiley Please keep us posted though.

Unfortunately I don't appear to have been so lucky. Noticed my speed drop off over the last couple of days; went to the member centre this evening to see my profile is apparently...

Now, I am on the FTTC 80/20 trial and I've noticed this happen a few times - calling up PlusNet always seems to get my profile updated in a timely fashion. Although this evening when I called, I reset my modem and router, when I went back into the member centre to see the change, I now find the following.

Am I missing something here? I've done a quick SpeedTest and everything looks to be running great - achieving around 70Mbps now - just this number has dropped to 20Mb.
Ah well, guess I shouldn't complain now everything is working once again.

20 is what it should be for 80/20 trialists. There's plenty of discussion of this in the trial forum.
