Hi.
I've been a plusnet customer since Feb 2011, and I'm on the "Plusnet Extra" product - 60Gig limit. I am being charged £12.99 for this privilege (started off at £11.25, and has slowly crept up).
I now notice that you have a 'unlimited' usage product that is only £12.49 a month.
"Great", I thought, "60Gig isnt cutting it anymore..."
But wait, you want £25 for me to move? Is this for real? Every other provider I have been with has moved me over to the nearest matching product in time as older products go out of service, but it appears not Plusnet.
Anybody had any luck in getting this fee waived? Or is it finally time to get the MAC, and move to Sky with that "free broadband for a year" card they keep sending me...?
Cheers,
Lee.

There isn't a fee for moving between products so I don't know how this has happened

You're right. I'm sorry! I swear I was just reading a page about £25 fees. Long day at work, multi-tabs, I cant handle it...
