I asked for my webspace to be reset, 3 days later i get the response stating the obvious. what do i have to do to get someone at plusnet to help me and do what i asked. still my webspace has not been reset, still it wont run PHP scripts. I need this webspace to do my degree courswork and i am now finding myself spending more money buying webspace off other hosts to compensate Plusnets lack of support.
