Hi John,
Looks like you're only being charged for the broadband at the moment. Unfortunately it looks like the phone order wasn't placed following the end of your fibre provision. Really sorry for this, but I have arranged to place this for you now, and you should be up and running within two weeks maximum.

No final but was correct , currently paying plusnet, talk talk and bt separately.
Thankyou matty, can you please arrange for this to be sent out in writing so I have some physical confirmation?
