Activated on 10/12/2014 and Still No £70 Cashback Email from Plusnet?

Having contacted Plusnet, I was promised that my overdue Plusnet cashback email would be sent to my today, way past the promised 10 day mark.
Well Plusnet, I am still waiting for the email? What is the delay? I am a customer now for almost a month. Will you also delay the actual cashback payment?

There's plenty of today left...  There have been many threads recently about this issue and it seems that PN are struggling to cope with following up on this offer.  However, I haven't seen any posts where a cheque hasn't been received eventually 
Any particular reason you needed to open a new thread rather than the one you started here by the way?  Your original thread contains the ticket ID assigned to this issue so it would make the life of the support staff a lot easier to continue in that thread.

Unfortunately there does appear to be a delay in some of the emails being sent out, this is being fedback and addressed and we'll send them all as soon as possible. As pwatson states, the cheque will arrive, it may just be slightly delayed, sorry about that.

Delay? I should have got an email on the 17th December. Now Plusnet assured my that I would receive it on 2nd January. Weill here is that day and still no email?
Will I get it today?
I mean, how long does it take to send an email.
