A new arrival from the BE following the sale to Sky. Fibre broadband up and running inside a week and landline also moved over with no problems at all.
Luckily, Fibre had only just been switched on here - Openreach engineer confirmed I was first person in the new cab. This goes to show you can't always trust Openreach's bizarre website, which still claims a 30 September fibre switch-on for our local exchange
Speed was estimated at 59Mbps but getting 73Mbps and even high 60s even using wireless.
Compared to BE's 9Mbps it's a different world.
Cheers
Andy
