Annual contract!

Just had a look at my BBYW usage screen:-

You probably were originally but it doesn't change after the initial 12 month period

I have never agreed to an annual contract - if you remember, this was one of Plusnet's selling points at one time.

Very true - so you didn't accept any of the special offers on BBYW which did include a 12 month contract. I certainly did.
