Any Information About My Refund?

Hi Steve,
It seems that we've confused each other a little here. I've gone back to square one and have picked back through this. It is complex so before I explain in a bit more detail I summarise by stating that we owe you roughly £9, I'll round that up and refund £10 to you.
The easiest way I can explain what's happened is that you didn't notify us about you leaving until after you left on the 13th, so basically 10 days notice was offset against what we owed you in return for the rest of the month that you had paid for up front. This leaves a balance of roughly £9. The refund of £10 should reach you within the next 7 days.

Right you are adam, I didnt expect it too be a heck of a lot but every penny counts, This be going on my credit card this refund? Thankyou for your time and patience and helping me getting this finally resolved, Your a credit to Plusnet!!

Morning adam, Yes I will be coming back to plusnet very soon if I dont get a few things resolved with talktalk, Ive just purchased a new line with them in hope that all will be well afterwards, Getting dis-connected for a week on the 12th august ( Had to do this before im locked in contract )and get my new line installed on the 19th, If theres no improvement on that new line I will be coming back to plusnet.
Scratch that Im moving back to plusnet ASAP, I cant take it with TalkTalk anymore!!
