I notice that this is only available for Internet Explorer users, WHY? There are many users who do not/cannot use IE, why is it not available for other browsers? It makes you think "What do they get out of it for not making it available on all browsers?" Why are they favouring Microsoft?

I think that is a relic from the days of dial-up modems and relied on functionality built into Internet Explorer. Since routers became the norm it is no longer relevant.
In fact Plusnet supplied routers are now configured for easy start and normally set themselves up automatically when connected to the phone line and plugged in.

Thanks for clearing up that point, I would suggest that that wording be removed.
