BB runs like dirt and cant call CS???

so my BB is slow as dirt and when i call CS number dials the i get beep beep beep?? the number is called is busy on both 08 and 01142965198?

Sorry to hear that. I've tweaked your profile on our side, though only bumped it from around 75000 to 77400 - while I hope that helps, I don't believe that'd be the reason for the slowdown. Please let us know though.
As for the support team, things are busy at the moment though I'm not sure you can still reach them on the 0114 number? The 0845 will still work but we'd suggest trying either 08004320200 or 03451400200 from a mobile. Hope that makes a difference.
