Although I was pleased with Plusnet's easy connection and service, I am surprised that the only way to communicate is by telephoning - tweets and online messages in my case got little or no attention. I simply asked what happened to cashback or gift voucher that was advertised when I joined up? Perhaps I was at fault at not spotting that it had disappeared during my online application. Still I don't see why I must telephone to find out!

Well at least it's a Freephone number.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

You don't have to call, we can look in to the query for you.
Looking at your account, the day you signed up was the day after the cashback offer expired, so you signed up to the discounted broadband offer instead.
I'm interested in when you tweeted us too as if we didn't reply I'm very surprised, any chance you can send me a link to your tweet?
