Brilliant !

Just wanted to thank plusnet for their brilliant service so far,
My phone and broadband was migrated over on the 9th May as i was assured it would be, The service i received over the phone was superb when i has issues setting up our wireless connection, Also the service received on the forums when i was struggling to get my Xbox connected up was a great help.
I'm syncing at around 5mbs at the moment, I'm hoping for a little more but it's been fine whilst wife has been browsing and myself and son have been using the Xbox ect ect.
So far so good plusnet, Please dont seel your soul to BT ! the staff in your Sheffield office are a credit to you along with the hardworking staff and moderators on this forum.

Wait, there are hard working moderators?...
Mod's aren't Plusnet staff, but I see you've received some good advice on the forums from both staff and customers alike.  They're generally a helpful bunch
