I am currently holding on yet again to speak to someone regarding my dire internet speed. Plusnet are a reseller and I am paying for a service I am not getting. This is not good enough and it is about time this was fully investigated. Still holding.........!!!! Next step letter to the C.E.O and The Daily Telegraph.

HI there! Frustrating it must be, but your OP is not very constructive. Why not describe the actual problems with speed you have with the stats form your router, your set-up? Which ISP were you with before and what speeds did you get then?
