Total farce, hours on the phone, and sitting around for engineers that never turned up, 2 routers and yet still no internet, no prompt answers to messages. No problem taking money out of my account yet I've not received any service yet, is this the definition of robbery????
Look at the call, get it sorted or we are moving on and claiming our money back!

Hi,
A warm welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear of your woes.
Just in case BTOR messed up your line, have you checked the phone line to ensure it has the number you expect? Dial 17070 which will confirm the phone number. You'd not be the first person to find that BTOR connected the wrong line to your property / cross connected some one else's. Also whilst you are at that, check the line for noise (option 2) ... assuming there is a dial tone.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This has been going on for weeks, over a week after the original date given before the gaveus the connection, over 2 weeks with the internet connection not working.
They did mess up the phone number but that's all been sorted. That took about 2 weeks.
It's the internet connection that's been the problem. Previous connection was fiber and worked fine.!!!!
