Just a bit of feedback on my recent account change,
Today I changed my call plan to 'Line Only', the confirmation email I received says:
"Thanks for requesting to change your call plan. We're processing the request now, but to confirm here are the details:
- New call plan: Line Only
- New monthly cost: 0.00
- New contract period: Monthly
This change will happen on 12th August 2020"
Obviously this date is wrong - some tinkering with the system might be needed.
