I'm fortunate that I don't have to contact CS more than twice a year on average because my BB connection is sooo good
probably due to the fact I can't get speeds of more than 2-3Meg due to being so far away from the 20CN exchange, anyway the last ticket re. a usage query which I sent at 11.02pm one night was replied to at 11.19am the following day, so how good is that?
Edit > Forgot to mention the ticket was sent on Sunday the 17th February 2013
