Why did you 'update' my settings to include receiving phone calls when I had already set my preference to email only.

If this happens again I will be leaving plusnet.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what we can see this was done online by yourself?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
