I see that PN came near the bottom of the shopper survey this time, with its products getting only 2 or 3 stars (out of 5). No ISP's got less than 2 stars but several got 4 or 5. On the good side it said most resondents were happy with the customer service.
Perhaps these results will persuade the PN management to look again at the products they are offering they're customers.
