Confused By Dates

I see the install date is 22/01/13, however on this page (https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=adsl_status) it says "Your broadband order should complete on 23rd Jan 2013 - After 12pm. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens.".
Does this mean that I will be on my old ISP until the 23/01/13 or simply that I should be on Plusnet from once the install is complete on the 22nd (and your system clears everything outstanding on the 23rd?

Hi there,
I've checked and your order is due for the 22nd as opposed to the 23rd.
Sorry for any confusion, this is a legacy feature from a time when accounts needed to be activated manually and we'll most likely get this removed/altered in the future.

Many thanks Andy for the reply - BTW I got the router that Chris sent out, please pass on my thanks. Now, I just need to wait to the 22nd!
