Customer Feedback Survey Unuseable

Oops!
I've had an email on behalf of PlusNet asking for feedback on a recent ticket. Sadly the link in the email is invalid. I guess PlusNet won't be getting too much feedback eh?

Unfortuntely we broke it as part of the overnight rollout Sad it's being worked on and should be fixed in the next few days.
Former Plusnet Staff member. Posts after 31st Jan 2020 are not on behalf of Plusnet.

I have also had a request for feedback after a recent phone call to support but the link I was sent  www.plus.net/survey_voice does not work either!

Just a reminder that both of the above links are still broken and as a very satisfied customer I would actually quite like to be able to fill out a customer satisfaction form 🙂
