The galling thing is with area 1, all those shiny new deals and uber cheap prices are all available on the comparison websites. Then you visit the deal on the ISP's site and "hey presto" it disappears and you get shuffled off to the "what you can have" section which is exactly the same only 10x the price. Huh
I had always wondered why my city friends were so smug Wink
I bought this up with PN a while ago, they told me that those offers shouldn't be listed on the comparison sites if they are not available when you enter your details..... They still are.

I was reading somewhere online yesterday that in 2014 PlusNet's Turnover had increased, but following a "change" in the way costs are allocated from the parent company BT, the annual profit of PN had fallen.  It looks like the PN customers are paying the price of cross-subsidy in reduced service levels.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
