The average close time for questions and for connection faults have not been updated since April 2, 2013, 9:26 am.

I doubt it's anything major, my support request was answered probably within 7 hours.

I've had a question open since 24th February, nobody seems bothered about answering it, just kicking it down the road by returning the question to the "Services pool" for someone else to pick up a few days later to just do the same again and again.....
It's not even a difficult question, and should be resolvable in just a few minutes by someone who actually knows what they're doing !

Unfortunately it isn't as simple as you believe to fix your issue (assuming you mean your CGI ticket?), it requires an overall fix as currently the creation of CGI space is broken.
