Customer Survey

After having "issues" with Plusnet..price rises of 19%/ 28 mins to get through to customer services/ Plusnet telling me I've cancelled a contract when I haven't - I've been sent a customer survey! Hmm!

Which one? And don't reply to either.
One is a scam, the other is genuine but all places taken.

This one will have been neither, purely internal and inside our ticketing system. It was provoked from contact into our customer support centre.
@monabri - I'm sorry for the poor experience that you've had. Feel free to fill it out, and say what you think. The reason we send these out via automation is so that we can gauge the people who have had a poor experience, as well as those who have had a positive one.
