I really be glad if customer care or relation can view my ticket and email me as I am hard of hearing and find it hard to call you. Please do email as this is the kind of customer services I expect please.

I am sure this will be picked up in the morning but for information the normal procedure is that you receive an email advising that the ticket has been replied to and including a link to the response.
The only time you would normally get a phone call is if the agent thinks that a discussion would help solve the problem but this is not usual.

I got a ticket reply to call customer relation but I can't hear on phone I use email as a method of contact so am trying get them see my ticket and resolve it
