Dissappointed with current service

To date i have always been happy with the Plusnet service and have raved about it to friends but recently the internet connection has become unstable , whenever i have had a problem before i have got on the chat line and presto , sorted.
We now do not have to sit on a phone for ages are avised an engineer should call but operator is unable to book one as their system does not work , so you are requested to phone back which means another evening wasted on the phone. NOT HAPPY

absolutely agree…had problems with line connection and need to ‘talk’ to someone..each time had to wait more than 30 mins to get through, tried the online chat but this is just loading with Error, why aren’t there more staff answering the phone lines??? very poor service

Me too ! It really is a grind to get through. I was quoted 45 minutes to get an adviser to answer.
How is someone supposed to sit that long I do not know.
