but I can't keep having time off work.

I understand, I can see that your ticket with our provisioning team has been updated asking for a Saturday appointment. Bear with us and someone shall be responding after looking into that ASAP.

Re: Don't switch to Plusnet

Well, the Openreach engineer did turn up on the Sat and was very thorough, replacing some connections into the main grey BT box outside the property, and for a while everything was great - then a couple of days later it all started again.  It started to get slower and slower, and now we are back in the same old boat of connection dropping approx 5 times an hour.  there's no point phoning PN again, I tried doing this in the week and after getting shouted at by my boss for being on the phone so long - I was on hold for 17 mins cut off (as usual) and then on hold for 13 mins when my boss basically gave me the choice - phone PN or stay in a job - I gave up with PN.  their adverts are great - UK call centre, we care, blah blah - the truth seems to be anything but.  Once I have finished my next assignment at work, as it means travelling, I will get my MAc code and go back to BT.  This has been a nightmare from beginning to end - if you are reading this and havent switched yet, then DO NOT switch to Plus Net, you will be forever sorry and your family wil hate you for it.
