ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

This is what I recieve when I try and visit certain sites:

I'm guessing my browsing access has been restricted, but usually I would be given an option to acknowledge & continue browsing until I do pay, but I haven't?
I have tried the 'fixes' (resetting my router to connect to a new ip, turning off the router for 65 minutes, disabling/enabling my account) and none have seemed to work

Unfortunately , you are not alone Plausnet say its a known Bug still awaiting a fix
