Excellent renewal experience

Hi Plusnet,

A quick thank you to Stephen in your Customer Options(?) Team (0800 013 2632). With my previous excellent deal having come to end I was facing pressure to consider moving my fibre and phone elsewhere at an increase in cost but still less than the standard terms I'd reverted to.

I was pleasantly surprised at the renewal deal I was offered with it coming in at less than the cheapest competitor offering so I happily signed up to another 18mth contract. The discussion was constructive yet friendly and light hearted at the same time - top marks for an all-round positive experience.

I've ensured this has been passed on.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
