Nope, yours is fibre - completely different.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I've gone ahead and uncapped that for you and slapped the wrist of the person that placed the order  Roll_eyes
I hope all is well with you Smiley

No worries Smiley
Sorry I didn't get the chance to respond to your PM. I think you are probably getting the best out of your connection in terms of latency at the moment.

Have a small webserver running, NOW TV streaming,  lad always on facetime to his girlfriend, and I still own on Call of Duty with no lag issues.
Happy days.

Re: Failed switch to PlusNet and fed up....

I think someone at Plusnet hates me.  Undecided
I have just had a text about my next payment that will be taken by direct debit, and thinking it was really high, I logged in to take a look.
Looks I am to be charged £15.99 for line rental, although when I signed up, I opted and have already paid the years line rental charge up front....
Crazy
Matty, please take a look, find the person responsible for my order and slap him with a very wet fish.
Thanks.

Re: Failed switch to PlusNet and fed up....

So this new provisioning system clearly can't cope with poorly trained agents  Roll_eyes
Anyway, I'm glad your speed issue has been resolved. Wink

Re: Failed switch to PlusNet and fed up....

LRS probably just needs someone to manually 'press the button' because your mixed up provision probably left poor old PN's billing systems without a clue. You'll have to wait for the DD to clear before any refunds get processed though so it could be 5 working days before you see your £15.99 back in your pocket!

@MattyC,
This place: http://www.ecclesallfisheries.co.uk/ is only 10-15 minutes away from you if you need supplies for @ChippyDSL's request.  Cheesy
