Fair play by Plusnet
Plusnet comes in for its fair share of brickbats so it deserves a bouquet now and then.
I was regularly going over my monthly limit of 2GB and paying for extra gigabytes. Plusnet suggested changing to a Value plan, saying that it would cost only 80 pence per month more and would give me 10 GB. When the new plan started today I got an E mail quoting a cost which was higher than had been agreed. I queried this and was told that a member of Plusnet staff had mistakenly given me the wrong figures but that they would honour what was agreed and have altered the plan accordingly.
I wonder how many suppliers would have done this. Full marks to Plusnet.
