Fantastic service, well pleased

As with most fora, all you tend to read on here are the negative/it didn't go well type of posts.........but I'm pleased to say my transfer from my existing ISP of 10yrs+ was absolutely seamless and well-managed by PlusNet.
Placing the order online was easy, I was kept up to date with the order process via SMS and email - the engineer showed up at the right time and the install was complete within 30mins. Service was up and running within this timer period too, so all in all, I'm well pleased.
An no, I'm not a PN employee nor have I been paid to submit this review!  Cool
