Re: Fed up with router return bags!

thank you for that and i know this is the wrong forum for this but i'm thinking of buying a new router because the router Plusnet supplied me (Technicolor TG582n) the wireless signal on it is just useless. the router is in my bedroom and if i'm sitting in my front room (about 13-14 meters apart) my laptop cant even pick the router up at all?

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

I am absolutely fed up now. today i was sent 10 router return bags that have been ordered on the 3rd and 6th of January but i haven't ordered any since November, i keep getting them and its just ridiculous and i didn't receive the label's to return the router bags i already have. i need three label's, they was suppose to come today?

I think you should be charging PlusNet for admin costs and safe storage, until they send someone to collect them.  £1 admin fee per bag plus10p per bag per day would be reasonable?

Again, we try to help lots of people on here Jason, please try to be patient!
I've just spoken to our hardware guys and they are going to have to speak to the development team to find out why these are still being ordered when there is no hardware component on your account to be ordering these. Once we hear more we'll let you know.

I think it's just the bizarreness of what is happening.
I have to admit I smiled a bit when I first read it.

If it happened to me I know I would have difficulty seeing anything but the funny side.
