Re: Fed up with router return bags!

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

Hi Jason, sorry to see this is still a problem.

Not quite the case that nothing has been done but the work we did to stop this on our accounting systems seems to have revealed that the problem is at the warehouse.
I'm going to speak with Ben now and see what we can do to put a stop to this once and for all. I'll also get some more labels sorted, how many do you need?

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

How about a big sign saying "Stop sending bags to this address"

I cannot believe that you hadn't looked in to this possibility long before now! Surely you could have asked that someone at the warehouse was tasked with checking the returns bags each day to make sure none were sent to jasonfreeman

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

@jasonfreeman
Are the labels on the bags with your address identical? I wondered if there was something like a batch number somewhere on them.
Edit: You could post a tweet saying "You've got a week and a bit to get your shit together otherwise I'm blowing the warehouse sky high!!" but that might not be a good idea!

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

@jasonfreeman
I've spoken to Ben and the warehouse have assured us this should have stopped now. The ones that have reached you today were the last ones to have been dispatched on Friday so there should be no more now. I'm now also aware we sent you 8 labels on Friday.

Re: Fed up with router return bags!

If they are now confident they have stopped it they must know what went wrong. What was it?

First person to post the reason it happened gets a prize of 240 free router-return bags, as their store-room is overflowing and they amount to 18 months supply.
