Feedback on leaving PN FTTC for FTTP

Looking at my PlusNet farewell letter I note, that I was losing Call Features, which included, a lot of "Voicemail" and a tremendous amount of "Plusnet Call Protect" 

Can I suggest that listing them both once would be enough for most people to understand 

so much extra to loose 😞
