Feeling a tad let down...

Would someone from the team kindly check this thread, please.
I have had no help in setting up the Call Divert as requested. Even if I were to be able to get home and do it myself it is still showing as Waiting activation even though I turned it on last Saturday.
Unless the number to be diverted to can be set tiday I'd appreciate if it could be cancelled along with any charges.  Thanks

Thanks I've placed the order just waiting on it to complete.
Shouldn't take more then 30 minutes usually.

Just tested and it's working already. Thanks for sorting that out especially as I'm waiting to hear about an impending admission and the hospital never seem to be able to find my mobile number.
