First Help!

Thank you to the help I received this morning! I called, got through and actually spoke to someone HOORAY!!!!!!  :D(NOT AN AUTOMATED MACHINE!!!!) it was a human being!
Anyway, the guy (MARK) patiently walked me through the process of connecting me to internet.
Most appreciated and (human beings do exist in customer service!)
PLEASE DONOT EVER CHANGE THAT ASPECT! We need humans to talk to!
