Getting very cheesed off now

I'm pleased to report all seems to be well after the cease and re provide. Now that speeds have settled down to a sensible level errors are few and disconnects even fewer.  What a pity I did not get an engineer who knew what he was doing seven months ago, it would have saved so much agro and maybe me having a heart attack.
My thanks go once again to Adam Walker for all his hard work in seeing the problem through to the end. I wil now close the ticket and keep everything crossed.

Very glad to hear your issues are sorted. Mine also appear to be, after a lift and shift, and some more fettling by BT at the exchange.  I live in hope, but cannot get rid if the feeling, that its all going to go horribly wrong again

Hi George,
I'm pleased to see (as I'm sure you will be too) that your connection has been up for over 5 days now.
I'm just about to pass your ticket back to you, this does not however mean that it's closed so you can pass it back if you start to have problems again.
