Good customer service

I've been a customer for PlusNet for 22 years, since the days of dial up which progressed to ADSL to an upgrade to FTTC 18 months ago with the next step to FTTP although FTTC is enough we are upgrading.

I had a look online at the prices, still cheaper than other BT line based alternatives but did ring in to see if loyal customer service made a difference, ok a £1 but the agent dealt with my upgrade and was done and dusted within 15 minutes including hold time.

Not something that would happen in other ISP's and was was a UK based call centre (Leeds), when I compare this to recent experience of VM or altnet ISP's those experiences have been poor.  Yes I do have other connections purely down to the BT offerings been soo poor where I live (the account is my Dad's which I manage), its refreshing to have good customer service.
