Happy Customer!

Hi,
My wife and I were Plusnet customers last year, until a scurrilous door-to-door salesman persuaded us to join TalkTalk phone and broadband (through the old one-two of a silver tongue and outright lies). After several months of poor broadband, our phone not ringing and non-existent technical and customer support we were able to cancel our contract.
Were now in our new house and we had our Plusnet broadband activated a couple of days ago. I just wanted to say job well done. Plusnet kept me updated every step of the way and the connection was even activated a day early. It's not often I write to tell a company that I'm happy with their service but after our recent experiences I am so glad to be back here.
Now get the 20mbps lines rolled out Cheesy
Thanks
Tom

Well, there's a lesson to be learned there then. Glad you got away from the dreaded TT and welcome back Swiss.
