Just wanted to pop in and say I’m one happy customer. Im one of those that hates change, started with AOL then o2 but the prospect of speed and UK customer service pretty much made my mind up about moving here. (That and i hate Sky).
Did everything online, router turned up early, engineer was really nice, about 40min and he said my line appears to be really clear, got over my quoted speed of around 73mb.
Only been one day, but so friggin happy I made the swap.
