how long does it take till i get my wireless router? if my phone line got installed on the 9th and my internet goes live on the 18th

The router is set for dispatch tomorrow so should arrive prior to the install.

all sorted Im not moaning again lol ive got my xbox and PS3 on thru my wireless router but i cant get my pc on thru wired connection any ideas?

Without any information to go on it is difficult to provide constructive suggestions. For example can you browse to the router?
You might find giving the CSC a ring provides the quickest solution to this problem.

I'm wondering if you've set a static IP address in your PC's networking properties, and your new router is operating on a different subnet (i.e. 192.168.0.1 as opposed to 192.168.1.1) - could this be the case?
