Hi and how do I say 'thank you'

Hi everyone,

its been a while since I've logged in here. I've recently had a phone line problem, which has been fixed and although various plusnet people have phoned and emailed, I've been unable to answer the phone on time. So have tried emailing without success.

My question is : there doesnt seem to be an email addy or phone number I can just say Thank you and all is back to normal.

p.s. Oh and I would just love to speak to [CSA Removed], couldnt believe the name attached to the emails and voice mail!! 😀

Moderator's note by Mike (Mav): CSA name(s) removed (to an area staff can see) as per Forum rules.

@JustMe2 There is no email for contacting Plusnet from the customer side, but you could always try ringing them on 0330 123 9123.

Re: Hi and how do I say 'thank you'

Hi John,

thank you for the contact phone number suggestion. I tried it but no key to press for a general enquiry. However from the 4 suggested I could make a compliant! & thats not what I was after.

My ticket number raised was closed by the team, so I guess they're happy with that.

Again thank you for replying, much appreciated.

@James_B

Might you facilitate CSA feedback please?

We should be as keen about getting feedback over things done right, as we are about things which are done wrong.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
