Isn't it about time Plusnet produced a decent Home Phone bill in pdf format to download? Also why can't it show call destination locations instead of just Local or National Geographic? BT allows customers to save names etc to call numbers on their bills for future reference. In fact Plusnet billing for all services is awful and badly needs updating as there is no easy way for customers to keep records.
Thanks for the tip Oldjim, I do download csv files for the calls but as for allocating names to numbers it seems rather complicated when I googled it... I still think PN should be providing a standard pdf invoices for billing.
