Same thing happened to me! And this is all the response i got from these guys! Don't blame them blame BTw! WTF!
I pay for a service not pay for no service or lousy service and then its not our fault complain to BTw or OFCOM!.

I'm glad it's not just me that feels like this. I think there's a bit of Stockholm Syndrome going around in here.
I'm now happily on my way to another provider. If there's one thing PlusNet managed well, it was getting my mac key to me quickly.

I have the pleasure of that charge too, but if that's what I have to pay to get off PlusNet, then that's what I have to pay. I've signed up for a short-term contract with BE, which have hardware in my exchange
