How UK ISPs are charged for broadband

Shouldn't this blog post be updated to reflect Market 1, 2, 3 and 21CN?
There's a link to it in the Site Links at the bottom of every Community site page which is why I suggest it needs updating.

Thanks for pointing this out, I've asked Dave if he has any spare time to update it or write a new one but he's very busy at the moment with our Fibre trials so may not be able to take a look any time soon.
