How do I go about challenging PN's 'Wont be beaten on Price' claim?

I believe I've found a cheaper 'ADSL only' provider than PN, offering roughly the same product as I'm on now with PN (I'm on monthly legacy PN Pro for £19.99) so how do I go about challenging PN to match or better this other deal?

1. Read the small print (the claim may only apply to currently-available products for new subscribers for example, and almost certainly is!)
