I opened a support ticket on Tuesday and still nobody has got back to me?  How long should this take????

I just checked my current ticket, the last reply took 4 days, and the previous took 3 days !

My fault was logged 13 days ago, and despite 6 phone calls, nothing much has happened as far as I can tell
